"Let's face it, our profession has been largely undervalued for quite a while now. Even more so since every Tom, Dick and Harry picked up their DSLR or smartphone and started snapping away and then manipulating their images to turn the average image into a 'Wow' or 'Great Capture' on the social media merry-go-round. Not that there is anything wrong with it. The fact that photography is in massive boom highlights the accessibility of our chosen craft, but it has made life tough for us, as income for professionals has fallen dramatically."
