"What kind of story are you telling as a photographer?"
I was just wondering, without any words or descriptions or labels, would you be able to accurately recognize and interpret or actually "divine" and "read" the back stories that were made up based on the strength and the "power" of the finished photographic images alone? Maybe someone ought to make an experiment on this?
For me, I think the real power of photographic images is how we are able to put or attach or project our own particular, personal meaning into it--with or without, despite and in spite--being told what it actually is.
And so, perhaps, the more relevant question here becomes: What kind of stories are the viewers are projecting into the photographs?
